Teacup is a short and wholesome narrative adventure game with a focus on exploration and non-linear progression. You play as the titular Teacup, a shy and introverted young frog who loves drinking tea and reading. The day before she is to host a tea party at her house, she realizes she is completely out of tea, and thus must venture into the woods around her to find the herbs she needs to restock her pantry. You are free to tackle the list of ingredients Teacup must gather in any order you wish. Find your own path through the world of Little Pond. During your adventure you will meet the charming inhabitants of the forest. Some are talkative, some are grumpy, but all of them will lend you an ear on your adventure. Most of the animals you meet will be glad to help Teacup… in exchange for a small favor or some help. Organize a (oddly shaped) market stall, win an underwater race and more!

A Dark Room is a text-based RPG released in 2013 by Canadian indie studio Doublespeak Games. You start in a cold shack. There's a fireplace. There's a button that says "stoke the fire." You click it. Your wood counter ticks down. A short cooldown passes. You click it again. And then, the world expands. Every time you think you've found the edges, A Dark Room reveals that what you've been playing is actually nested inside something bigger and stranger than you expected. We won't spoil where it ends up, but the distance between "click to stoke the fire" and the final reveal is vast.
Rupert Flintwhistle has two pieces of eight, a dream of captaining his own ship, and absolutely no idea what he's doing. Flintwhistle's Folly is a hand-crafted point-and-click pirate comedy in the spirit of the early-'90s adventure classics: nine verbs, a pocketful of inventory, branching conversations, and more jokes per screen than is strictly safe. Click around, pick things up, use the wrong thing on the wrong person, and talk your way out of it. The whole story is here, from a foggy night in Port Mildew to the lighthouse at the edge of the world. Part One: A Light in the Fog. Port Mildew is smothered in fog, courtesy of the ghost pirate Captain Bonebeard, and nobody can sail until someone relights the lighthouse. Everyone agrees it can't be done. Rupert agrees to do it anyway. Light it, and a very leaky sloop is yours. Part Two: Bonebeard's Grudge. The ghost ship comes back out of the fog, skeletons carry off Rupert's entire crew, and a note on the mast says come to Skull Rock. Cross the Skull Sea with an empty ship, a terrified parrot and a flint whistle, sneak into a pirate lair in a very unconvincing disguise, and find out why Bonebeard hates the Flintwhistles so much. Part Three: A Chip off the Old Star. Rupert finally cleans his whistle and finds a note from his grandfather inside. The flint is a chip off the Evening Star, and the biggest piece is in a museum on the most respectable island in the Caribbean. Get past a curator who has labelled everything, including the labels, and reach the old observatory on Starfall Hill before Bonebeard does. He's got his head back now, and a crab living in it. Part Four: Warts and All. The Leaky Tuna comes home on the evening of the harbormaster's wedding to the sea witch, and Rupert, the only ship's captain in port, has to marry them. First: the ring (a seagull has it), something old, new, borrowed and blue, and a parrot who will not stop staring at the bride's toad. Part Five: The Deep End. Bonebeard drops the Heart of the Evening Star into the Trench, and it never reaches the bottom: everything that sinks in the Skull Sea ends up at the Lost and Found, where the Heart is now item 8,113,402, awaiting collection. Build a diving rig out of a stew pot and a bilge hose, then claim it properly, on a form filled in in ink. The only pen belongs to a skeleton who has forgotten his own name, and the only ink comes out of an octopus when somebody frightens her. Part Six: The Lamp at World's End. The voyage ends where the sea pours over the edge of the world into the stars. The Lamp there has been dark for three hundred years, and Captain Bonebeard has sat down in the empty cradle at the top of it and won't get up. He isn't tired. He says so, often. Steer through a wall of black fog by the sound of a parrot, bluff your way past a very literal skeleton, and put a three-hundred-year-old pirate to bed. Along the way you'll haggle with a shopkeeper who'd sell you your own boots, tickle a giant clam, teach a parrot the one word guaranteed to empty a tavern, return a jawbone to a skeleton fishmonger, bargain with a costumier who only takes payment in feathers, upset a curator with a single label, meet a mermaid who is quite clearly a manatee, officiate a wedding at the end of a pier, plug a leak with a stew, wear a stew pot to the bottom of the sea, and read the most boring book ever written as a bedtime story. And there isn't a single image or audio file in it. Every painted background, character, animation, song and sound effect is generated by code while you play. Features The complete story in six parts, about 30–60 minutes each Twenty-six locations, from a foggy harbor and a sea witch's hut to a village of retired skeletons, a pirate lair inside a giant skull, a museum of maritime misadventure, an old observatory full of stars, a lost property office at the bottom of the sea, and a lighthouse at the edge of the world Classic nine-verb interface, with right-click for the obvious action Controller support, including the Steam Deck: the stick moves the pointer and the d-pad hops between the things you can click An original calypso soundtrack of 53 songs Play it straight through, then replay any part you've finished from the chapter select Autosave, five save slots and Wavedash cloud saves, so your progress follows you to any device Six achievements, one for finishing each part Controls Click to walk; pick a verb, then click something. Right-click does the obvious thing. Esc skips cutscenes, F5 opens the menu. On a controller: the left stick moves the pointer and the d-pad hops between things you can click. A clicks, B does the obvious thing, X looks. View skips cutscenes, Menu opens the menu. (Tap the screen once to turn on the sound.)

Call on it and the ruin around you becomes the living castle it was: walls rise, torches burn, the old guard wakes. A door sealed in the Past lies broken open in the Present; a stair that collapsed centuries ago still stands in the other memory. • Fast, weighty sword combat — five-cut chains, a Great Sword route, guard and parry, ripostes, executions and cinematic finishers. • Fight to earn Resonance, then spend it to shift between the Past and the Present right where you stand. • Three floors: the lower keep, the Royal Floor and the descent to the Crownheart — Echoes, monsters, mini-bosses and the Last Crown waiting at the bottom. • Unlock two hold techniques: the Crownbreaker and the Whirlwind. • A narrated, illustrated chronicle of the fall of Veyr, 26 achievements, and cloud saves at every Blood Sigil. • Play with keyboard and mouse, or on your phone held sideways.
