A fast, colourful 2.5D top-down arena brawler where robots bash a spinning thunderstorm-ball at each other, spin to strike and parry, get hit while not spinning and you're OUT, last bot standing wins.
The most challenging JS13K unicorn Shmup 🦄💥 Free the unicorns from steam-powered goblins in Unicorn Rescue, a fast pastel shooter. Break cages, dodge bullet storms and take down the flying fortress. Get close for bigger scores and graze bullets to charge your power: Horn Blade at half charge, Rainbow Blast at full charge! Controls - Start / advance through the briefing: Space on desktop, tap the screen on mobile. - Move: arrow keys, WASD or ZQSD on desktop, drag a finger on mobile. - Move precisely: hold Shift on desktop, small finger movements on mobile. - Fire: automatic on both. - Trigger the charged power: Space on desktop, bottom-right button or two fingers on mobile. - Pause: P or Esc on desktop, the II button on mobile. - Resume: P, Esc or Space on desktop, tap the screen on mobile. - Mute / unmute: M on desktop, not available on mobile. Two powers, a single button : Horn Blade, available at half gauge, replaces your projectiles with a continuous beam that pierces through enemies. Rainbow Blast, at full gauge, adds two side beams and a five-way shot; enemy bullets caught in its beams turn into stars. Trigger them with Space or the touch button: the amount of charge decides which power you get. Mini-bosses and the flying fortress: Armored vehicles harden the crossing until the airship arrives, raining projectiles and reinforcements. Beat it to win. Rescuing all 43 unicorns is the true goal; the best score is saved locally.
A beat-em-up where a unicorn cleans the city: it punches wolves and turns trash cans into flowers with a rainbow beam fired from its horn. Move with the arrows, WASD or ZQSD, or with the virtual stick that appears under your finger on the left half of the screen. Hit with space, J, K, X or the pad in the bottom right corner. M mutes the music, R restarts. - Three hits in a row make a smash with a big knockback. - Holding the hit button charges the rainbow beam. Released at full charge, it crosses the street, hurts every wolf in its path and makes the trash cans bloom. - Wolves pick up trash cans and throw them. A wolf carrying a can does not lose a hit point: the blow only knocks its burden loose. - A thrown can can be volleyed back with a well-timed hit. - To move on to the next street: no wolf standing and every can in bloom. - Each street adds a wolf, a can, 5 % of wolf speed and 3 BPM to the music. Street 1 is a tutorial the first time you play in a session. After a death it is played normally.

Stretchicorn 🦄🌈 Stretch. Snap. Shatter the cornfield. Stretchicorn is a fast, rainbow-soaked arcade combat game where you control an elastic unicorn fighting through 13 escalating trials packed with hostile kernels, strange bosses, risky powerups, and increasingly ridiculous ways to turn a horn into a weapon. Aim your head, stretch your body, and release charged Rainbow Snaps to launch yourself across the arena. Dash through enemies, ricochet attacks, graze danger at the last possible moment, smash foes into walls, and keep the pressure on to build your Style multiplier all the way to x4. The basic controls are simple. Mastering them is not. Every run is built around the tension between survival, speed, and aggression. Playing cautiously might keep your hearts intact, but the biggest Style scores come from staying close to danger, chaining attacks, parrying projectiles, taking near misses, and refusing to let the battlefield breathe. Across the 13 trials you’ll encounter distinct enemy behaviors, boss fights, and five powerups that can radically change the shape of a run. Prism Cob can set up devastating Double Rainbows, defensive pickups can rescue a collapsing run, and rare combinations can turn the screen into a cascade of color and popcorn. Four difficulty modes let the game scale from approachable to absurd. Easy is a place to learn the movement. Normal asks you to use the full combat system. Hard rewards precision and consistency. Impossible is designed for players who already understand how to exploit Stretchicorn’s movement, combo system, parries, and aggression. And reaching the apparent end may not mean the run is actually over. Wavedash adds a second layer of competition around the same gameplay, with 39 achievements, persistent stats, cloud saves, replay-trace UGC, and 11 leaderboards tracking Style, clear times, zero-powerup challenge runs, and the biggest single-slash harvests. There are quick discoveries like landing your first Rainbow Snap or parry, mastery challenges like Corn Combine, Great Grazer, and Parry Party, and long-term goals including Maize Master, Corn Prix Champion, Rainbow Royalty, and the global World’s End challenge. For players who want extra constraints, zero-powerup runs lead through achievements such as Raw Rainbow, Powerless Pony, and eventually Pure Spectrum. The Silky Style leaderboards track how stylishly you can survive Hard and Impossible without relying on a single pickup. Every full campaign can compete on both Style and Clear Time, so there is no single definition of a great run. Chase a massive score, hunt a speed PB, optimize a no-powerup route, or simply survive long enough to discover what Impossible is hiding. Keyboard and mouse are both supported. Aim, stretch, and attack with fast momentum-driven controls where positioning matters just as much as timing. 13 trials. 4 difficulties. 39 achievements. 11 leaderboards. One extremely stretchable unicorn. How far can you push the rainbow?
You are the last unicorn. A regime has decided you should not exist. You have 13 seconds to get out of the city, and every soldier you take down gives you two more.
