The rainy season has come to Cloudbay. The gardens of six islands dried out over a long summer, and the water has to be collected. But a heavy downpour floods the flower beds.
Tevvy, a little flying float, is here to help. Every bed has an awning above it: it catches the rain, and the water runs down a gutter into the garden tank. Match three or more tiles and the awning above that column gets stronger. The clouds show how many drops fall now and how many come next, so you can get the awnings ready in advance. Whatever an awning misses pours onto the bed.
Each island brings a new rule: slanting rain, awnings of different sizes, hailstones, vines and a final storm. The island keepers tell their stories, and petals let you decorate the islands.
Every day there is a new Weather of the Day, and the calendar has gifts waiting. The game saves by itself and works on phones and computers.
How to play
Swap two neighbouring tiles to line up three of a kind. Every cleared tile adds protection to the awning of its column.
After your move the rain falls. The awning catches the drops and the water flows into the tank. Fill the tank to the mark to clear the level.
If more drops fall than the awning holds, the rest pours onto the bed. Three flooded beds or no moves left means another try.
The dark cloud is the rain on this move, the light one is the next. The columns about to get rain are highlighted.
Four in a line make a gust, a corner makes a barrel, five in a line make a rainbow kite. A gust clears a row or a column, a barrel a 3×3 square, a kite every tile of one colour.
At the bottom you have undo, a hint and a patch: +2 protection for any awning.
Controls: on a computer, the mouse, or the arrow keys and Enter; on a phone or tablet, tap two neighbouring tiles or drag one onto the other.
