Ghost Reversi

Cast pumpkins across a haunted board and turn Count Clack's ghosts into jack-o'-lanterns before he turns them back.

That's the only thing to do: cast a pumpkin so a line of ghosts sits between it and another of yours, and every ghost in that line flips. Whoever holds more discs when the board fills wins the round.

• Every disc clacks down off your wand, and a big capture ripples outward one disc at a time, nearest first.
• Count Clack leans in while he thinks, lights the cell he's about to haunt, recoils when you turn a crowd of his ghosts and cackles when he turns yours.
• Win a round and the next one bends the rules: tombstones fill cells, lit candles double a cast, sigils possess a disc so nobody can turn it, and the board grows to ten columns.
• Every few moves the moon strikes a whole row or column, and its beam shows you where three moves ahead.
• Once a round Clack haunts twice in a row, and a second bat lands on his shoulder to warn you first.
• The wisps you earn buy 16 curios: pumpkin skins, carved glows, ghost faces and boards, from Cinder Red to Moss Stone.

28 discoveries wait in the Book of the Dead, each with a clue until you find it, alongside 16 achievements and a leaderboard for each difficulty.

It's a calm game at heart. There's no clock on Easy or Normal, so think as long as you like over every cast. A short tutorial teaches it by doing, and you can skip it. On Hard, Clack searches deep from the first round, gives you ten seconds a move and triples your points.

Ghost Reversi is free to play. Every round, every twist, all three difficulties and all 16 curios are in the free game. Curios are earned with wisps from play, never bought with money. There is no paid content and there are no ads.
