Badger Billiards

evgenyboxer

Cosy 3D pool with a stout badger in a waistcoat, against a fox who swears he hardly ever plays.

That's the only thing to do: aim, hold, let go. The balls clack, roll and drop with a rattle into leather pockets, the critters in the shadows cheer, and Brock the badger does a little fist-pump. Pot your three, then the eight, before Reginald does. He'll pretend to be hopeless. He isn't.

  • Four handmade hideaways, each with its own table: a candle-lit badger burrow with roots in the ceiling and a crackling hearth, a ship's galley at the top of a lighthouse in a storm, a snowed-in mountain lodge with frosted windows, and a moonlit greenhouse full of glowing mushrooms.
  • Every table has a quirk: an old oak root under the cloth that kicks balls aside, a tower that rolls with the waves, an icy patch of fast felt, and a mushroom bumper that bounces harder than any cushion.
  • Real billiards physics: stun and follow, banks, combos, balls that wobble in the jaws and stay out.
  • Trick shots between racks: banks, combos, a ball tucked behind the eight, multi-ball clears, each with a par.
  • A Daily Table: one new layout every day, the same for everyone, with its own leaderboard and a streak for coming back.
  • Earn cues, ball sets (painted acorns, marbles, little planets, fruit), waistcoats and hats, and fill a 32-entry Burrow Journal of lore, badger facts and billiards trivia.

24 racks against Reginald and 12 trick shots: 108 stars to earn, three goals a rack.

A rack takes two to four minutes. No timers, no rush. Relaxed draws the whole aim line with its first bounce and a ghost ball and widens the pockets; Expert gives you a short stub and a fox who has stopped pretending.

Badger Billiards is free to play. Every table, rack and trick shot, the Daily Table, all three difficulties and every cue, ball set, waistcoat and hat are earned by playing. There is no paid content and there are no ads.

Plays on desktop and phones: one thumb, a mouse, or the keyboard alone, portrait or landscape. Progress and a rack in progress are saved to your Wavedash account.
