"What if you could walk to the left... and to the right?"
In a one dimensional world, a tough as nails hero faces the hordes of evil... or something. Move through increasingly ridiculous stages and face increasingly challenging foes with nothing but your trusty weapon and two buttons. Level up, acquire skills, perform combos and unlock meta progression in this game that's half Vampire Survivors, half One Finger Death Punch.
How to play
Move left and right to fire at enemies and bullets; your main weapon auto-fires.
Skills have a cooldown and require a combo to trigger. Combos are sequences of left and right presses, short or long. Combos are symmetric, so you can do them in either direction, depending which one you're facing.
Controls
Left: go left
Right: go right
Enter: accept a choice
Backspace: pause menu

AI use disclosure
I made this game specifically as an experiment of how far I could get with making a game with just a Claude coding agent. All of the concept design (the ideas for the levels, the game mechanics, the enemies/bosses etc) was mine, most of the flavour text is mine, almost everything else (coding, balancing, sprites and music) was done by Claude. No diffusion or music model generative AI was used, this was all coding agent using tools. Music was synthesised using ChucK.
